• Sourcing and negotiating quotation of material.
• Quantity taking off and cost estimation for quotation and/or tender.
• Preparing and submission of progress claims and variation orders.
• Evaluate and certifying of sub-contractor’s claims.
• Measure work done on site (if necessary)
• Finalization and closing out of project accounts.
• Follow up quotation with Main Contractor and/or Suppliers.
• Prepare LOA to sub-contractor.
• Preparing safety documentation for submission.
• Summarizing project defects to site supervisor.
• Follow up and comparing monthly payment response.
