Responsibilities:
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers, pricing, and preparing tender submissions
- Evaluating price comparison and costing summary
- Performing project administration and documentation, including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, submissions, and preparation of final accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor in building construction projects
- Degree in Engineering-related field
- Able to commit half a day on alternate Saturdays
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
