- Evalulate tenders received & reviewing construction plans
- Assess tenders, review specifications & recommend products that comply to requirements
- Prepare costing, quotations & specifications comparison chart for the tendering process
- Liaising with contractors for tender information
- Preparing other documents for submission
- Discussion with salesman on the tender process
- Carry out other contracts administration tasks
Job Specifications
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in building construction industry
- NITEC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Team player
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
