Responsible for submission of Bar Bending Schedule timely and accurately and tracking on delivery
Give technical instruction and direction to reb..
- Responsible for submission of Bar Bending Schedule timely and accurately and tracking on delivery
- Give technical instruction and direction to rebar workers on fixing of rebar based on drawings and specification
- Quality control on workmanship of rebars installed and site work
- Safety control during rebar delivery and fixing all other work.
- Record properly any drawing changes and variations of rebar related works for VO claims
- Assign job quota to workers to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
- Experience in rebar supervision for civil and building works and capenter work too
- Good communication skills and be patient with team mates are required
- Over time work is expected and unavoidable
- With all required Safety certificate for construction supervisors is preferred
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and CAD drawings
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- With 10 years construction sector experience and ever work in LTA projects
- Can organize, arrange, guide PRC/NTS workers to work
