Prepare quotations and cost estimates for servicing/maintenance job.
Knowledge in M&E and able to understand drawings.
Knowledge in counting material finishes related to interior design/servicing/maintenance.
Assist in preparation of quotation requests to suppliers to obtain pricing.
Liase with main contractors, sub contractors, suppliers and any other parties involved in the project scope.
Attend to clients' servicing and maintenance requests.
Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
Prepare and maintain of contract/project documentation (work order, delivery order, invoice)
Assist project department in handling all projects, documents, correspondences, and emails.
Assist project department with coordinating work.
Coordinate technicians to sites for servicing matters.
Provide administrative support to project department.
Any other matters assigned.
Experience in related industry will be of advantage.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, autocad software
Required language(s): English
