Job Description:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations on construction sites. You will supervise the work of construction crews, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Address any onsite issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and forecasting.
• Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
