Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
Resolve issues related to contractual and costing matters.
Review Terms and Conditions of Contract from client
Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
Coordinate and assist in purchasing of all construction materials.
Responsible for overall project cost budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.
Requirements:
Able to work independently and self-motivated
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Engineering background
