Preparation and Submission of Interim and Final claims for client approvals.

• Preparation and Submission of cost estimate for variation works.

• Carry out Site visits for Joint measurement with clients for variation works.

• Evaluation, verification and certification of sub contractor’s claims.

• Quantities take off as per standards and preparation of estimate for tenders.

• Preparation of material Reconciliation statements.

• Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.

• Liaison with client’s contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.

• Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.

• Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment

Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations. Arrive at destinations on schedule. Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups. Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions

• Operating machinery with hydraulic and manual controls
• Performing pre-start checks and preparing equipment and machinery
• Selecting and fitting the appropriate attachments for each job, such as blades, buckets or scoops
• Digging up soil, rock, dirt and other materials
• Transferring the excavated materials from one place to another
• Loading soil and material onto dump trucks
• Consulting with building or construction professionals on-site regarding the job requirements

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
