1. Preparing tender & contract document
2. Attend site briefing (During the tenderstate). Obtain quotation from supplier &sub-contractor.
3. Document study and drawings measurement.
4. List out or analysis quotation fromSupplier & Sub contractor.
5. Pre & Post Tender Documentcompilation.
6. Preparing letter of Award to Supplier &Sub Contractor.
7. Understanding all terms & Condition ,lead time from Subcontractor.
8. List out all material to be procure.
9. Prepare monthly progress claim to Consultant & evaluate Sub Con claim.
10. Prepare & submit variation order claim to consultant.
11. Itemized all the variation order or Omission cost for the project.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineeringor Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering orsimilar field its equivalent
2. Entry level candidate are welcome to apply.
3. 2 year relevant experience in constructionindustry will be preferable. Good interpersonalskills and pro-active in problem solving
4. Must be able to start work at short noticeperiod
