Responsibilities :

• Prepare group consolidation, financial report and financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit of consolidated monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission
• Provide accounting advice to colleagues and associate companies to ensure common application of accounting guideline, policies and procedures.
• Handle subsidiaries/associate companies in forecast reporting and in their management accounts process. Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group.
• Prepare Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Assist Accounts Dept in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned.
• Review and approve WIP
• Analyse, prepare, explain, and submit Flash report to Directors/Shareholders
• Liaising with all auditors and tax agents

Requirements :-

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting, audit and/or handling group consolidation.
• Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus.
• Worked in accounting firm wuth an audit background is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
