Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices, and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment.
Manage and source quotations, follow up with contractors, and analyze costs.
Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation.
Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering.
Assist with the development of quotations on various projects.
Assist in preparing cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned.
Any other ad-hocs as assigned by management.

Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
