Job Responsibilities:
- Address taxpayers' enquiries via emails
- Query taxpayers for documentary proof of claims
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean
- GCE A level / Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Candidate without tax experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
- Minimum O-Level English Grade of B4.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a short written essay to assess their written proficiency. Topics will be provided later.
- No leave request during the first week of training and their absence should not be for 3 consecutive days or longer at a go.
