- Taking-off quantities for subcontract trade packages.
- Sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparing cost comparisons and assisting in the award of subcontractors.
- Monthly certification of payment to subcontractors, including progress measurement and site visits.
- Evaluating variation claims from subcontractors and supporting in variation claims to clients.
- Preparing final accounts for subcontract trade packages.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying on civil projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
