Roles & Responsibilities:
* To Lead and supervise the team of construction workers & monitoring progress in various projects
* To ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide necessary training to the team
* To ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
* To Plan ,monitoring of progress and timely completion of projects
* To Prepare Monthly site Progress
* Attending site meetings for smooth coordination
* Communicate with clients, contractors, and arrange to conduct site inspection.
* To Supervise the building maintenance works
Requirements:
* Min have completed Multi-Skilled personnel certs
* Diploma Electrical OR relevant trade certificate
* Experience in Building constructon works & Building Maintenance works
* Min 6 years of working experience in in Building Construction industry.
