Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of real asset markets
- Maintain and update database of properties/facilities
- Review news articles and reports in assigned regional markets
- Develop expertise in assigned regional markets
- Exposure to key asset class
Requirements:
- Pursuing or attained a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Economics / Business or similar
- Critical thinking and analytical skills for researching and analysing data
- Interest in real estate, finance, economic and/or technology issues
Other Information:
- Location: Remote
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Flexible/Part-time; 8 hours a day; pro-rated if <8 hours)
- Internship allowance will be provided
