• Quantity take-offs, manage RFQs and cost comparisons, and assess and certify subcontractors' progress payments, VOs, completed work, cost-benefit analysis, and payment certificates.
• Prepare tender documents (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW, etc.) for selecting subcontractors and track monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission.
• Manage internal processes (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using the ERP system and update the internal database with detailed information, such as subcontract payment status and bond status, for reference.
• Handle contractual issues with subcontractors, draft letters in coordination with the contract manager, and collaborate with other project teams on subcontractor-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 years of civil infrastructure/MRT project experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.

Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best knowledge with accurate information for construction.

To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.

Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.

Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover for project completion to client / consultants.

To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.

To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.

Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting related to BIM project implementation in accordance with the defined project’s objectives.
• Oversee quality control throughout BIM implementation project life cycle.
• Involve in the development of the BIM execution plan, BIM scope, schedule, and budget.
• BIM consultation and related services (model integration, scheduling attributes using modelled info, etc.) for design, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.
• Generate progress and status reports for BIM projects.
• Support and educate the customer’s team to utilize BIM data.
• Support sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing, marketing, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or GIS / Building Science related domains.
• BIM-related Design and/or Construction experience with demonstrated progression of technical knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess software-specific working knowledge in MS Project / Primavera and others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to determine construction detailing and techniques.
• Training provided for those without/with lesser experience
