Job Description
· Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
· Taking off quantity and prepare costing and budget for projects.
· Preparation of progress claims and updating progress payment
· General quotation for commercial and residential.
· Prepare shop drawing and as-build drawing using AutoCAD
· Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier
· Administrative work and basic accounting
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
· Positive attitude and good communication
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

· Experience in using AutoCAD for Interior design & Architectural drawing
· interior fit-out experience preferred.
