Job Description:
- Correspond with tenants (commercial and residential) and MCST on repair and maintenance matters and scheduling appointments with contractors
- Liaise with tenants regarding any concerns/issues with the unit and report back to supervisor on those issues e.g. with photos
- Assist in tenancy renewals, including corresponding with agents, supporting tenancy agreement revising and updating
- Source for quotations from comparative suppliers/contractors to carry out maintenance/repair work, when necessary
- Secretarial and administrative support

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interest in real estate a plus
