Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cost control procedures, preparing and analyzing BOQ (Bills of Quantities), cost management and cost planning, and cost reporting. They will work closely with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.
Job Description:
- Assist in tender preparation, submission and quotation
- Quantities taking off for tender and ongoing projects
- Sourcing and comparison of costing from various suppliers and budgeting
- Liasing with sub contractor for quotation and procurement of materials
- Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
- Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Well versed in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
- Required language(s): English
- Min 1 year work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in BIM360 is an advantage
- Diploma/ Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering from a recognized University, or from a recognized Polytechnic.
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
