Duties & Responsibilities

1. Excel and other Microsoft applications:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

- Ability to analyze and visualize data using charts and graphs.

- Experience with data cleaning and transformation.

- Familiarity with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Excel automation is a plus.

2. Planning:

- Knowledge of planning (Gannt diagrams and others).

3. Document Control:

- Experience in managing and controlling documents in an organizational setting.

- Organizational skills to manage document versioning and archiving.

4. Piping Knowledge:

- Have worked with isometrics previously and understand.

Requirement Skills:

- Good Communication in English.

- Analytical Skills to interpret data and charts.

The right candidate will understand all relevant documentation related to the project, including project execution, project schedule etc.

Main responsibilities will be:

• Assist in preparing construction work schedule
• Prepare and issue project progress reports (monthly) to the Management
• Interface with other departments, Client, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate schedule and control curves in an updated condition and prepare forecasts of trends
• Preparing manpower and man hour estimates for proposals or any other future work

The right candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role,preferably in construction or oil and gas.
• A pro-active approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets,withdatabase capability is mandatory
• Experience in Advance Working Packaging.
