· Able to do sales for projects that are tendering with owners or main contractors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.

· Ability to plan and see the "big picture".

· Competent in conflict and crisis management.

· Excellent time and project management skills.

· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Decision-making ability and attention to detail.

Work Details :

· Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

· Working Days – 6 days

· Work Location : Multiple locations as need to manage project sites
