Experience at least 6 years and above

Responsibilities:

• Carry out examinations, maintenance, and servicing on diverse material handling machinery at client locations.
• Perform customer assessments following task completion, document observations, and suggest safety-oriented corrective measures.
• Collaborate with sales associates to address customer service requirements, utilizing digital platforms for streamlined correspondence.
• Identify potential sales prospects and avenues for service enhancement.
• Compile and promptly submit accurate service documentation.
• Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company assets and vehicles.
• Comply with safety protocols and promptly report identified hazards.
• Execute field tasks in line with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the similar industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• With technical knowledge of material handling, construction or related.

Job Description

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation.
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with.
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system.
• Lead a team of project staff.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 8 years of relevant working experience preferably with main contractor.
• Good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.s.

• Possess good problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
