- Preparation of RFQ's.
- Source for quotations for materials and service.
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control.
- Prepare settlement for Final Accounts.
- Manage contracts administration.
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claims etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in QS or Engineering / Civil Engineering
- At least 6 - 8 years of QS experience in Construction of Civil or Building projects (For Senior Role)
- At least 3 - 5 years of QS experience in Construction of Civil or Building projects (For Quantity Surveyor Role)
- Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
- Good time management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks independently.
- Knowledge of Primavera or Primavera 6 software will be an advantage.
- Salary Range: $4500 - $6500 (Salary Commensurates Experience)
