Administrative Duties:
· Preparation of payments and invoices summary report (including quarterly and annual summary)
· Responsible in operational administrative duties
· Attending to both incoming and outgoing calls and emails
· Ensure proper filing system and documentation
· Maintain employees’ skills and certification database
· Registration and renewal of employee’s skills certification (from registration to follow up of certificates)
· Renew and update company vehicles matters including VPC , road tax and insurances
Accounting Duties
· Support in both AR and AP matters
· Manage full spectrum of purchasing process including preparation of quotation, purchasing order and invoices Processing of worker’s claims
· Coordinate with supplier, subcontractors, clients
· Assist in Accounting related functions including billing and manage collection, Progress Claim matters
· Assist in statement of accounts
· Perform CPF submission , IR8A, IR21 and quarterly GST
· Any other adhoc duties as assigned
