Roles & Responsibilities

Assist to Manager in Daily cooridnation, planning and execution of the projcet work at site.

Work closely with teammates.

Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous, Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure.

Perform other duties/tasks, any others and ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Head of department.

Liaison with meeting, inspection, monitoring and reporting of the project progress.

Minimun 3 years of working experience in local engineering Industry Works.

Candidates project experiences will be an advantage.

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to lead and work independently.
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.
• Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Good leadership skill , interpersonal skills, positive attitide, initiative, independent and pro-active

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 per month

Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

· Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.

· Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.

· Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Assesses safety and finance goals.

· Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.

· Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.

· Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

· Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.

· Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.

· Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.

· Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

· Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment

· Need to be hands-on and do not mind getting hands dirty

· Must be able to work in day or night shift when required

We are looking for some carpenter for our company with following requirements:

1) Candidate Must have more than 5 years experience as a construction supervisor

2) Candidate must willing to stay in company lodge/dormitory

3) Candidate must willing to work after regular hours

4) Managment may ask practical test which require in person interview

5) First three month is probation period.
