Duties of Property Management Executive:

• Assist with risk assessment and incident reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and address tenant needs.

Job Scope

• Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment
• Make frequent trips to the various facilities within the Group to carry out routine inspection.
• Contact and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders / vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters.
• Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.
• Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
