Duties and Responsibilities

To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as;

- Carry out inspections and provide inputs to the planning and execution Building Improvement Works

- Provide technical evaluation, monitor and ensure work completion in accordance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and relevant governmental requirements

- Liaise, schedule and supervise all maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts Maintain the operational, safe and efficient operation of the M&E systems covering the following key systems & equipment.

- Plan preventive works schedule, conduct and supervise inspections of building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works

- Procure service contracts and ad hoc repair/replacement parts and equipment’s

- Conduct system audit and scheduled after hours inspection on security services and lighting

- Manage and attend to residents' requests, feedbacks and response their request promptly

Qualification / Education Required

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years in facility management / relevant experience in MCST

- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Strong client engagement skills, and customer orientation

- Able to work with tight deadlines and handle pressure

- Able to work independently as well as in a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Description

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities

Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems. Analyse faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to the client

Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner

Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management

Conduct regular meetings with FM teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors

Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.

Job Description:

1. Lead precast segmental bridge Launching Team to execute the SBG launching operation using bridge constructionequipment - launching girder/ segment lifter.
2. Manage team of Launching Engineers, Launching Superintendent and Riggers on day-to-day operations of segment bridge construction including organising plant and equipment required for precast segmental bridge construction.
3. Report and liaise with authorities, clients and Project Manager on the operation matters, progress reporting and tracking.
4. Plan sequence of precast segmental bridge in accordance with sequence in the design, coordination with supervision consultants on engineering and technical matters.
5. Develop lifting plans, kinematics and engineering drawings in accordance with project specification and code of practice.
6. Adhere to safety regulation and requirement as per engineering practice and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore Engineering Practice.
2. Minimum 10 years Civil Engineering experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in viaduct construction particularly in precast segmental bridge construction.
3. Hands-on experience in managing precast segmental bridge construction using bridge equipment including assembly, load test procedure, operation and maintenance.
4. Familiar with temporary works design for segmental bridge construction on sequence of erection.
5. Able to coordinate with temporary works consultant on technical matters, supervision consultant site technical matters related to bridge construction.
6. Experience in post tensioning works and bearing installation in accordance construction drawing, project quality plan, material, and workmanship specification.
7. Experience in various type of segmental precast bridge construction method including span by span method, balance cantilever method and trestle method.
