Job Description

• Manage phone calls and attend to walk in residents
• Maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
• Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook/by-laws.

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our clients' site. This includes liaise various contractors and vendors to schedule preventative maintenance, cleaning services, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. Job scope
