• To assist Project Manager daily execution of work.
• To work closely with maincon and operation staff to meet the project schedule.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Understand of structural drawing and calulation of site materials.
• Liase with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VO.
• Compliance safe work procedudres.
• Attend site meeting.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and task assigned.

· Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

· Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

· Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed

· Ensure smooth job operations

· Record workers working time, arrange and supervise worker during working hours

· Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial

· Able to read and write in simple English is a plus

· Having driving license is a plus

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Brick , plaster, partition, painting , ceiling and tiling works supervisor, Class 3 licenec holder 10 years experience

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Requirement
