Assist the Quantity Surveyor (Tender and Marketing) in the following activities:
- Taking off quantities.
- Sourcing of vendors/ suppliers prices and obtaining quotations.
- Preparation of tender / quotation & marketing documentation.
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management or related disciplines. Applicants with ITE Diploma will be employed as Quantity Surveying Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and possesses good communication skills.
- Able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
- Meticulous and has positive work attitude.
- Responsible, able to work under pressure and good team player.
- Able to start work on short notice will have an advantage.
