Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare and proofread documents and contracts.
- Communicate with clients and schedule property showings.
- Update property listings, marketing materials, and social media.
- Coordinate transaction timelines and paperwork.
- Conduct market research and generate reports
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or real estate roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., MLS, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Valid driving licence and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work.
