We will count on you to:
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications.
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research, analysing industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work, generating and coordinating timelines, liaising between senior colleagues and clients, and generally representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
- Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues.
- Collect insights and information on client satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions on how best to ensure account satisfaction and retention.
- Begin to build professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
- Have a good understanding of the company's service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance, enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience within insurance industry.
- Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
