Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the security & building maintenance team;
- Monitoring of CCTV and other alarm systems located at the Command Centre;
- Administration of security clearance, access control and issuance of security passes;
- Coordinate activities for security drills, fire safety evacuation, in-place protection drills, etc;
- Ensure good record keeping for data & documents related to security & building maintenance;
- Review term maintenance contracts and follow-up with RFQ process whenever necessary;
- Coordinate with tenants, suppliers and term contractors during repairs and A&A works;
- Conduct regular building inspections, collect readings for utilities consumption and collate date;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly report and other presentations where required;
- Follow up with applications for meetings and conduct the recording of minutes;
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must posses at least Diploma or polytechnic;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience ideally in security or facilities management;
- Well organized, independent, self-driven and willing to learn;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
