What this job involves:

Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. 1. Correspondence with the residents to assist the Management Council (MC) to perform duties and responsibilities of the Management Corporation as described in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Relieves the Management Council of the day-to-day worries and involvement.

2. Is the overall in charge of maintaining the records filed in the management office pertaining to the land and buildings, maintenance and servicing contracts and accounting data for all occupants.

11. Prepare Annual General Meeting documents and minutes and assist in conducting the General Meetings.

12. Overall in charge of the site’s staff work performance and closely work with the Maintenance and Account departments based at Rhodo’s Headquarters on all matters with regards to the estate.
