Job Title: Outdoor Sales- Construction (Wholesale for machinery & equipment) ID9038
Location: Ubi
Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Gross Salary: $4500 to $5500 (with car allowance & sales commission)
Basic Salary: $3200 to $3500 or higher (Depending on Exp)

Benefit:
*14 days AL with performance bonus provided
*Car Allowance - $500 plus company petrol card - $500
*Transportation reimbursement given if no car for salesman
*Sales Commission – 2% to 3%

Job Description:
•Managing, developing and motivating the Singapore sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
•Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
•Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries.
•Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
•Agreeing and setting pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with the Management.
•Ensuring a constant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels.
•Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
•Developing and implementing annual business plans and updating them on a rolling monthly basis.
•Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
•Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirement:
•Min diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with related/construction background that at least 1 year experience

Job Description

Overall responsible for budget estimates on tenders, and quotations

• Analyse schedule of rates
• Draft preliminaries and trade preambles
• Review technical specifications prepared by technical team/clients/consultants
• Review cost analyses, outline and detailed approximate cost estimates
• Analyse cost plans and detailed budgeting
• Review cost-in-use studies and life-cycle costing of installation &/or components
• Review Cash flow projections, cost checking processes, cost reports
• Advise on payment regimes
