Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotation & related documents
- Able to understand & read construction / interior detailed drawings
- Liaison with designers, sub-contractors & suppliers
- Monitor work progress on-site
- Plan & ensure adherence to project schedule
- Budgetary control on project costing
- Progressive site updates to management
Requirements:
- Effectively bilingual
- Possess good Interior detailing knowledge
- Preferably with relevant working experience in Commercial Interior Industry
- Responsible & hardworking
- Mature with initiative and able to work independently
- Able to meet tight deadlines & handle work stress well
- Diploma in Building or Construction management, Quantity Surveying or
related discipline
