Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Property Executive Cum FSM will be required to manage and monitor the repair and replacement work including managing the defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Job scope:

• To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
• Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
