• Proven track record as a MEICA construction manager in large scale projects, managing internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Ability to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Perform cost estimation, quantity take-offs, prepare BOM, source suppliers and quotations, verify claims, and prepare progress and variation claims.
• Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Proficient in aluminium window and door systems, metal wall cladding, and glass curtain walls.
