Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need work half day if work required (can claim OT)

Job Scope

• Attend to daily sub-contractors meeting and carry out the required survey setting out lines / points as required by the structure and architectural works.
• Maintain constant communication with project staffs and subcontractors to understand their requirements and carry out proper planning to ensure that the various tasks’ timeline is met.
• Maintain accuracy of all the survey setting out lines/points and ensure proper handover to other parties to minimize mistakes to site works.
• Always maintain a routine and discipline approach to the general setting out of works according to floor framing plan by checking of formwork level before casting and after casting, verify as-built levels of slab and verticality/alignment of walls and columns.
• Exhibit clear confidence in all survey works with repeated checks and closing of all survey works at the end of the day to root out any possible chance of errors.
• Arrange timely calibration and servicing to the surveying instruments deployed on site and maintain the records to facilitate audits carried out by government bodies or as a standard operational procedure in our company.
• Liaise with the Licensed Land Surveyor to ensure proper AMSL, As Built Survey etc are carried out with endorsement for authorities’ submission.
• Participate in assisting the Environmental Health Safety program set by the PM and WSHO that will contribute to a safe and clean site.
• Make effort to upgrade oneself to meet/exceed present standards through attendance of new surveying courses and also proposing latest surveying equipment/method that are feasible for site usage.
• Able to accept additional work that form part of the project team’s own work activities which will assist the in-cost saving.
• Provide Guidance to new land surveyor that join the company to ensure seamless integration to the team without affecting the site progress.

Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
• Office at City Hall, Working location at Island wide
• $4000 to $5000

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Job Scope

Contract Administration – attend to contract matters related to the Client / Consultants and Sub-contractors and ensure that the site staffs are aware of the contract obligations to client and subcontractor work scope.

Procurement – sourcing Sub-contractors / Suppliers, call quotations, cost comparisons, request for PO bearing in mind to obtain the best price and conditions for the project budget.

Progress claims & payments - Prepare & submit progress claims to the Client and assess Sub-contractors’ claims and prepare payment vouchers for approval such that the cash flow for the project are adequate and sufficient.

Monitor and update monthly cost report to HQ and PM which consist of project expenses, financial status such that the HQ / PM can make necessary site adjustment if needed.

VO Claims - Identify variation works and submit claims.

Study Architect Instructions issued and report on time and cost implication (if any) to PM to make the appropriate decision.

To assist the team in site coordination / arrange meetings with Sub-contractors and Suppliers for work progress purposes where necessary.

To attend to project / technical meeting and advise PM on cost queries from Owner / Consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

Carry out proper and accurate measurement, i.e. taking-off quantities for claims / payments purpose to ensure no overpayment.

Coordinate with the site team to prepare relevant documents for monthly progress report submission, i.e. cash flow, Sub-contractors list, AI list, VO list etc. as required for submission to the Client / Consultants.

To work up the final costs of the project and each trade and advise the PM on the final account settlement with the Client and Sub-contractors such that all parties are amiable to the cost evaluation.

Able to manage and mentor junior staff.

Accounts Executive

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Working Days & Time: 5 days Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Responsible for monthly financial and analytical reports to management
• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in export and import procedures
• Assist in quarterly GST submission
• Assist in annual corporate tax submission
• Involved in annual external audit
• Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

· To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services;

· To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned;

· To assist in promotional events;

· To attend to Customers’ requests diligently;

· To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors;

· To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings.

· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

· Possess Nitec preferably in Building Services Technology or equivalent;

· 2 – 5 years relevant working experience in commercial facilities and/or places of attraction;

· Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology preferably with experience in BAS/BMS System;

· Confidence in operating in a varying workload, highly visible public environment;

· Willing to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice/data/fibre optics)
• Performs termination and testing of new cabling
• Prepare / Install cable pathways & supports
• Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments
• Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance
• Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
• Work closely with client to manage schedule operations of assigned duties.

Requirements:

• ITE, NITEC (Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology/ Electronic / IT ) or work- related experience
• Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage.
