You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our mall and B1 office.
Job Description
- Provide facilities management services for the mall and B1 office space.
- This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise upgrading projects for the mall that you are assigned to.
- In addition, you will be responsible for car park management.
- Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
- Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.
- Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building.
- Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
- Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
- Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 2 years of facilities management experience.
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service orientated mindset.
