Job Description
- Overall in charge of the all Fleet Operation.
- To execute fleet management and administration functions to optimise fleet usages and movements.
- To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency constantly looking for cost reduction / efficiency in all areas of fleet operations (lower R&M & Downtime).
- Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with the other departments.
- Manage company's fleet of trucks and delivery/operations personnel team.
- Manage company’s vehicle purchase, sales agreements and vehicles registration administrative processes.
- Ensure vehicles are constantly maintained in peak operating conditions.
- To conduct site inspection on vehicles & equipment used by the projects.
- To conduct corrective action on bad and poor operation practices.
- Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications
- Candidates possess at least a Degree in Logistics/Transportations or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of fleet management or transport industry experiences.
- Knowledge of transports management systems.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Analytical Skill with a keen eye for details.
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.
