SCOPE

• Surveyors is to ensure all ISO Tank Containers that have been accepted by MW Tank Depot.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Surveyors is to ensure that all ISO Tank Containers turned into our depot must conduct surveyed.
• Surveyors’ responsibility for all the ISO tank containers turn into depot are thoroughly survey correctly and to ensure the documents are endorsed before issued the Equipment

JOB DESCRIPTION

• All ISO tank containers turn into depot, surveyors ensure to stick a yellow and red colour
• Sticker onto the Left-Hand Side of the corner post before off load.
• Surveyors must coordinate with the Leese/Lessor independent surveyor for joint inspection.
• As part of a Surveyors duties, ensure to conduct thorough inspection after the cleaning, repaired and testing completed.
• Surveyors must thoroughly inspect the Tank Containers and raised estimates after the cleaning completed.
• Surveyors must report to the supervisor on all documentation of ISO Tank containers before sending to customers
• Surveyors will conduct Pre/Post inspection, if require by Customers. (Before Repair and After Repaired)
• As a surveyors must obtain instruction from the Supervisor.
• Surveyors must inform the Side Lifter Drivers to shift the Tank Containers into the
• workshop area for repair when Customers given the approval to repair.
• Surveyors must hand over the approved estimates to the Repairer Supervisor afterthe tank containers shifted into the repair bay.
• Surveyors ensure the repairer repair items accordingly indicated on the estimates and repair standard complies to ITCO/ACC or Owner criteria.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Carry out day to day site operation and supervise of construction workers.

Job Description

• Overall in charge of the all Fleet Operation.
• To execute fleet management and administration functions to optimise fleet usages and movements.
• To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency constantly looking for cost reduction / efficiency in all areas of fleet operations (lower R&M & Downtime).
• Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with the other departments.
• Manage company's fleet of trucks and delivery/operations personnel team.
• Manage company’s vehicle purchase, sales agreements and vehicles registration administrative processes.
• Ensure vehicles are constantly maintained in peak operating conditions.
• To conduct site inspection on vehicles & equipment used by the projects.
• To conduct corrective action on bad and poor operation practices.
• Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Candidates possess at least a Degree in Logistics/Transportations or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of fleet management or transport industry experiences.
• Knowledge of transports management systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Analytical Skill with a keen eye for details.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.
