- Be able to handle submission of project tender and quotation independently
- QS worked in ID & Interior renovation area welcomed to apply
- Be familiar with the skill like tender/quotation, quantity taking off, progress claim, variation work, preparation of interim payment certificate, final account closing and liaise with the consultant engineer and subcontractor
- Have highly developed technical skill such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Word, PowerPoint and MS excel
- Check for available resources ( production & sub-con teams) and assign work scopes efficiently.
- At least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveyor
