• Position : Project Executive (Timber Doors/Construction/Procurement) – Up To $5,000
• Location : Island Wide | Office at Woodlands Industrial Park
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the main technical adviser for project sites for subcontractors
• Prepare, Sketch and produce AutoCAD site drawings with Drafters & Quantity Surveyors to achieve approval from clients
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; Proposal and preparation of material samples; Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
• Proposing cost-effective solutions for the intended project
• Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Finalize as built drawings with quantity surveyors for final claim purposes;

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Drafting/Engineering or related with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Autocad Revit, Architecture,Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft office
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin

• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Assist in procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
