• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project.
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise.
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedies through appropriate solutions.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years Assistant Project Manager on Construction company experience
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind
• Self-motivated and team player

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is operational and adheres to the latest Singapore Standards, Statutory Laws, and Code of Practice.
• Supervise and support specific discipline teams daily to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient service for building users.
• Aid the Building Manager and Executive in addressing property faults or breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to detect issues promptly.
• Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment and structures.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to compile monthly utility data for properties, maintain preventative maintenance procedures, and manage equipment inventory records.
