Your responsibilities

The role is an essential element of the fund management business for DWS. Portfolio management is a central function that provides the interface between our clients and the funds/assets we manage. Job Description & Responsibilities: -

· Handle pre and post evaluation of sub-contractor and supplies quotation.

· Assist with evaluation of tender submission and preparation of tender documents.

· Liaise with project Manager/Designated staff to valuate and certify completed work and arrange for payment.

· Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.

Assigned to a portfolio of SPVs, main responsibilities include:

• Management of vendor invoices to be processed for payments on timely basis;
• Monitoring of cash flow in assigned SPVs, ensuring there is sufficient levels of cash to meet operating needs, produce forecast for shareholder funding as relevant.

• Experience with Yardi Property Management System is an added advantage but not a must

• Administer central register of Underwriting manuals, guideline and Risk Acceptance Authority and Underwriting breaches
