Job Description

Scope of work:

• To conduct daily site inspection and assessment of the facilities to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times. This shall include daily reading if water and electrical meters.
• To provide onsite meeting rooms, events, seasonal setup support, including but not limited to decoration, poster management
• To perform regular check to all essential equipment and ensure equipment in good operating conditions.
• To conduct monthly joint EHS inspection with site staff to ensure no violation occurs and noncompliance has been rectified accordingly.
• To maintain good inventory of office keys and ensure keys are in good order.
• To perform daily ambient temperature checks and adjust accordingly to site requirement.
• To provide escort of all vendors including delivery, maintenance, corrective and reactive services within premises.
• To perform basic electrical work including, power trip reset, minor rectification or replacement of power switches, light fittings and light tubes
• To perform basic plumbing work such as removal of choked sink, attend to leakages, replacement of kitchen faucet, washroom bidet etc.
• To perform basic fan coil unit (FCU) check and maintenance.
• To ensure premises wall in aesthetically good condition, touch up or rectify when necessary
• To perform M.A.C (Move, Add and Change) of furniture and work-space when required.
• To replace faulty lockset of pedestal, cabinets and cupboards
• To ensure doors are in clean, good working condition and perform basic door polishing, repair work including door hinges, stopper, lockset when needed.
• To ensure premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
• To ensure proper inventory management for supplies and tools.
• To ensure housekeeping performed at all times.
• To attend to fault calls and emergency escalation.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties when requested.

• Location: Tuas(Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang,Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
• Working Days: 5-days work week (40 hrs)
• Working hours : 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm
• Salary : S$ 4,000 to 5,500

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customers
• Handle new sales enquiries and preparation of quotations
• Work closely with sales team on execution of marketing and sales activities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales
• Follow up on projects, delivery and relevant documents
• Manager customers' accounts, credits and payments

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of sales experience in steel industry
• Possess good knowledge of various steel products with prior experience in project sales
• Proficient in sales prospecting and able to drive sales process from plan to close
