Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP, you will be the HR business partner for selected corporate functions. You will work closely with the business stakeholders and leaders in delivering HR solutions and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Heads of Department in resource planning and budgeting, as well as talent acquisition
- Support in developing HR solutions to improve employees’ performance and engagement
- Work closely with People Operations team and HR Shared Services teams to deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner
- Participate and support in HR-related and other ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and compliance requirements
- Resourceful, independent and possessing strong initiative
- Meticulous and with the abilityto exercise a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
