• Responsible for construction material / machinery purchase and to maintain with proper record for receipts and issuance.
• Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO.
• Maintain up to date prices from suppliers.

Job Requirement:

Job Description

• Provide technical support
• Certifying electrical works as safe to proceed
• Certifying electrical equipment as safe to operate
• Maintain tools and equipment
• To install, maintain and repair electrical wiring/equipment and fixtures
• Carry out inspection and perform fault-finding in electrical systems
• Liaising and co-ordinating with production personnel, third party and contractor
• Vetting and creating checklists and reports for electrical works
• Condition monitoring tests
• Ad-hoc assignment(s)

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and experience in construction operation activity is required for this position
• Possess LEW certificate with EMAor hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
• 6 days’ work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience with the contractor (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
