• Conduct feasibility studies, providing accurate early cost advice to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budgets are adhered to and provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing contract negotiations with contractors.
• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and mitigating any disputes.
• Prepare valuation reports for interim payments and final accounts, ensuring prompt payments to contractors.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, including experience in managing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and tendering processes.
• Ability to conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate financial advice.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

a) To do measurement & pricing on tender for any project of company.

b) To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth Progress Claim & VO for the project.

c) Any other works and task directed by your Superiors.

d) Participated the weekly site meeting with sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.

e) Tabulate all relevant costing based on site by site with keep a master file at head quarter office.

f) Negotiate with sub-contractor and supplier to ensure quotation or pricing given are under project budget.
