Requirements

• Relevant certificates from BCA or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
• Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority

Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for contract documentation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement and preparation of tender submission.
• Responsible for handling running project.
• Review the subcontractor’s quotation for completeness and prepare comparison for GM/Director’s approval.
• Ensure timely and completeness of taking off.
• Submit return to relevant authority.
• Assist to prepare project budget including monitoring on regular basis.
• Prepare progress claims to Clients.
• Prepare sub-contractors’ claims.

Job Specifications:

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

Degree in Civil/ Building/ QS (Min. 3 years’ experience)

Diploma in civil/ Building/ QS (Min 5 years’ experience)

Special requirements: (eg. Need to work at odd hours)

• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit Architectural, Structural, Naviswork (Autodesk) will be an added advantage
• Work independently
• Goodinterpersonal and communication skills
